I required more than just a weekend course!
Go to any bookstore, and you will find there are many books written on the subject of investing in real estate. 

If you are like me, you may have read several of them. I wanted to take the next step and learn from the people who make this their profession. 

I researched many courses that are currently offered, but nothing fulfilled my needs.  I required more than a course but an ongoing system that offered the opportunity to learn over a longer phase than a day or weekend.

My other needs were how to prevent mistakes that other investors commonly make and to build relationships with like minded people.
